I love this show. I caught my first episode last night. I think it's a great concept and I love the host. I think great messages are coming from this show and I feel like I can really understand how these ladies feel.

So how's this blog work?
Just checking in with you all.
Are we still blogging about our healthy lifestyle journey?
I've lost 5.4 lbs. in 3 weeks on Weight Watchers. I've been going to the gym 5 days a week and doing yoga and running long runs on the weekend. I feel great! I'd like to lose about 15 more pounds and I think I'm feeling like its totally doable.
I'm working with weights again. Muscle memory is amazing.
