Ooh, good article Lisa! Just a caveat to anyone who has active injuries - watch the strength training moves - work up to static whole body weight resistance moves like the wall squat. If you have an acute injury, do the stretching techniques and low-weight (or just leg weight) strength moves and work your way up. But DO move your legs!!!
