Weekend Survival Guide

I have been struggling with weekend eating. I get regular emails fro Spark People and thought that it really hit home for me.

Please read the article. I even printed out the little Weekend Survival Guide to stick in my purse.

Also, I am starting to go to Weight Watchers meetings. I've reached a lifetime goal with Weight Watchers before and I really feel like I need something to push me along.

good article! i got out of keeping track, but it was really helpful when i was doing spark people. i think my weekend thing is the whole issue of food as reward - i was good all week so i can be bad on the weekend. good luck on the weight watchers - i was in it through work, but i didn't think much of our leader. take care, t

Lisa - that reminds me of how much I am completely NOT losing weight from the running because I end up eating as much or MORE than I burned from these long runs. And like Teresa says, it ends up being a reward for having run. Blech. I'm interested in hearing how your Weight Watchers is going. I am going to continue writing a food log at home and keep planning meals, but I look forward to you moving up and me doing it with you up here. :-)
